We currently offer two options for ready-to-ship ADU kits – constructed using remnants cut from other ADU projects.  These kits are not customizable but come at a significantly discounted rate.  It is an exciting opportunity for us to provide additional options for customers while reducing our internal waste (as part of our sustainability initiative).

  • No house wrap or lifting plates included
  • No lumber included
  • No engineering stamp available
