The HighestPerforming! BUILDING SYSTEM is an integration of the Insulspan SIP and Advantage ICF Systems. These products are combined together as roof, wall, and floor components. The result is a completely insulated building envelope that is extremely energy efficient, very durable, and wonderfully quiet and comfortable to live in.

Advantage ICF System consists of a one-piece insulating concrete form (ICF) or block. These building blocks permanently interlock together on-site. When assembled they hold conventional reinforcing steel and poured concrete providing a fully insulated concrete foundation or wall.

HighestPerforming! BUILDING SYSTEM comes ready-to-assemble, meaning reduced construction time, higher quality and improved efficiency is the result. Enhancing the product offering is the HighestPerforming! BUILDING SYSTEM Home Idea/planbook, which further simplifies design and ordering processes. The ready-to-assemble feature is also available for custom jobs because project CAD documents can be converted into manufacturing equipment operating software, producing exact dimensioning of components in the factory that arrive ready-to-assemble at the job site. As a result, Insulspan wall and roof components far exceed the dimensional accuracy and consistency that builders are accustomed to.
