Client Testimonial "I did a ground-up remodel of my home. The plans called for typical stick construction for the walls and floors, and SIP panels for the roofing instead of rafters, plywood and insulation. In an effort to contain costs and maintain a stable budget, we decided to have the walls and floors built off site by one vendor, and get our SIPs through SIP Home Systems. SHS was a pleasure to work with, always completely straightforward and honest. Joy, Jennifer, Ken and everyone else at SHS produced our SIPs exactly to specifications, and delivered them on time and on budget. When we ran out of screws at the last minute, they Fed Ex’d a bunch to me so we could finish up on schedule. Ken even loaned me a caulking gun, an electric foam cutter and some homemade devices we used to fly the SIPs with a crane. There were absolutely no surprises and the SIPs went up like a charm. I regret that I couldn’t use SHS to manufacture my walls and floors as well. The vendor I chose was the polar opposite and was responsible for astronomical cost overruns! They could stand to take a few lessons in business operations and ethics from SHS. Needless to say, I will use SHS again whenever a project calls for SIPs, and I will highly recommend SIP Home Systems to others. Believe me, you could do a lot worse, and probably no better.
